EXCHANGE OF CHRISTMAS GREETINGS

Practitioners and members of the public are invited to attend an Exchange of Christmas Greetings on Friday, 15 December at 9:15am in Courtroom 17.

REGISTRY CLOSURE
The Southport Courthouse will be closed on and from Monday, 25 December 2023 to and including Friday, 5 January 2024. These days have been designated as Court holidays pursuant to District Court PD 4 of 2023 and Magistrates Court PD 1 of 2023.
The Registry will close at 4:30pm on Friday, 22 December 2023.

The Registrar and registry staff extend Seasons Greetings to you and your family. We hope you have an enjoyable Christmas and a safe, happy, and prosperous New Year.

JURY INFORMATION

Only Jurors empanelled on a current trial are required to attend on FRIDAY 15th DECEMBER 2023, as directed by the Trial Judge.

All other Jurors on PANEL P should await to receive further SMS message, or check the jury message after 5:00pm by phoning 1300 516 700, or online at http://www.courts.qld.gov.au/__external/CourtsLawList/Southport.htm.

Jurors are advised that masks may be worn if preferred but are not mandatory.
