On Friday 2 June, major doughnut companies are giving away free doughnuts to celebrate National Doughnut Day.
To grab your treat, simply ask for a free doughnut in-store from your local Krispy Kreme or Donut King.
Krispy Kreme is giving away 100,000 doughnuts across Australian stores.
This deal is limited to one Original Glazed per customer and is subject to stock availability in each store.
It is not available through online orders, third-party delivery services, or in 7-Eleven, Woolworth, BP, and Jesters stores.
Meanwhile, Donut King is offering free hot doughnuts all day until allocated stock is exhausted.
Each customer is entitled to one cinnamon doughnut.
This offer is only available in-store and not through online orders or delivery.
A Donut King spokesperson said, “We’re excited to be bringing back National Donut Day celebrations at Donut King stores across Australia. Our customers love tucking into a hot cinnamon donut, so what better way to celebrate and thank them for their support than by giving donuts out for free on Friday 2 June.
There is something so nostalgic about a fresh, hot cinnamon donut. They are made fresh to order in-store, rolled in a sweet cinnamon sugar coating and served piping hot. The ‘hot cinni’ engages all of the senses. It is simply unbeatable.”
There are over 40 Krispy Kreme stores and 215 Donut King stores across Australia.
