The next Admission Ceremony is 4th February 2022 at 10am. Supreme Court Civil Application days are Wednesday and Thursday on weeks when Justice North is sitting in Townsville. The Next District Civil and P & E Application date is 28 January 2022 SUPREME COURT NOTICE Subject to safe distancing health requirements, and the limits upon the number of persons in the courtroom, appearances in trial and applications can be made in person. In matters where it is too costly or inconvenient for a legal representative to appear in person appearances can be made (by prior leave) via videoconference or, with special leave, by phone. Instructions for appearance by videoconference or phone can be obtained from the Registry. |
