PUBLIC HOLIDAY

Legal practitioners and members of the public are advised that the District Court at Southport will be closed on Monday 2 October 2023 for the King’s Birthday public holiday.

The District Court will reopen on Tuesday 3 October 2023.


JURY INFORMATION
Jurors on PANEL L numbered between 98 and 183 inclusive are required to attend on TUESDAY 3RD OCTOBER 2023, at 9.00am.

All other jurors on PANEL L should await to receive further SMS message, or check the jury message daily after 5:00pm by phoning 1300 516 700, or online http://www.courts.qld.gov.au/__external/CourtsLawList/Southport.htm.

Jurors are advised that masks may be worn if preferred but are not mandatory.

Please contact the registry on 1300 516 700 if you would like any further information about jury service.

JURY DISTRIBUTION LISTS: Counsel and instructing solicitors are advised that jury distribution lists may be collected from the Ground Floor Registry Office at the Cashier’s Counter.

Jury lists MUST be returned to the Registry Office at the conclusion of jury empanelment.
