The InstaView Double Oven range and Over-the-Range Microwave Oven are some of the new appliances that will enhance the kitchen experience by using advanced cooking technologies. A part of this new technology is integrating with the LG ThinQ recipe app which will allow the appliance to find and cook recipes with step-by-step processes and automatic cooking settings for the user.
The appliances will also have a built-in feature that will order groceries from supermarkets. Another feature of the technology is the ability to set appliances to the correct cooking conditions for purchased ready to cook or frozen meals just by scanning the back of the product.

“Advancements in cloud infrastructure have allowed tech companies to pursue more expansive uses of intelligent automation,” he said.
“[First time exhibitor] Beyond Honeycomb will showcase their technology that allows sensors to study a recipe, AI to learn a dish, and then allow a robotic kitchen to prepare the meal.”
He also stated further that up-and-coming technology will be to support the Metaverse and similar technologies.
“The pandemic has also accelerated the evolution of interactive, online and on-demand consumer products and services across a collection of industries to shape an emerging metaverse,” he said.
“CES 2022 will feature the technologies that will form the foundations of this next generation iteration of the internet.”
It is not yet known when the LG appliances will be made available for purchase or when they will be made accessible to the Australian market.
