Lisa Marie Presley, 54, was rushed to hospital, having reportedly suffered a full cardiac arrest.
Lisa Marie Presley is the only child of Elvis Presley, and his wife Priscilla.
Priscilla Presley released a statement about the condition of Lisa Marie.
“My beloved daughter Lisa Marie was rushed to the hospital.” Priscilla said.
“She is now receiving the best care.
“Please keep her and our family in your prayers.
“We feel the prayers from around the world, and ask for privacy during this time.” She said.
Lisa Marie reportedly fell ill this morning, with paramedics being called to Calabasas, California, to attend to a 54-year-old woman in full cardiac arrest.
Reports later confirmed the residence belonged to Lisa Marie.
Her ex-husband, Danny Keough, who lives with Lisa Marie, performed CPR until paramedics arrived.
Paramedics found “signs of life” and regained a pulse before transporting her.
She was taken to hospital, and her condition was not made immediately available, however TMZ first broke the news.
Lisa Marie is now said to be in an induced coma and on life support, according to sources who told TMZ the news.
These reports have not yet been confirmed by the Presley family as of publishing.
Two days before, Lisa Marie attended the Golden Globes with Austin Butler, the actor who won best actor in a drama film for playing her father in the biopic, Elvis.
Lisa Marie is also a singer-songwriter, taking after her father, however she has not released an album in years.
Lisa Marie shares two children with Keough, Riley, 33, and Benjamin, who died aged 27.
She also has two younger children with Michael Lockwood, her fourth husband.
Lisa Marie was previously married to Michael Jackson and actor Nicholas Cage.
Update: Lisa Marie Presley has now died.
“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us.” Pricilla Presley shared.
“She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss.
“Thank you for the love and prayers.
“At this time there will be no further comment.” She said.
