Dubai new 377m-tall hotel tower features an infinity pool with a view over the skyline and the Arabian Gulf.
Standing 82 floors or 377 metres high, the luxury hotel will feature 1004 rooms and suites, all with floor-to-ceiling windows serving up panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.
The pool, on the 76th floor, with its sky lounge is part of an Asian dinery that offers views of the skyline.
Managed by The First Group Hospitality, its chief executive officer, Rob Burns, sums up the views on offer as “unbeatable”.
“Standing at 377 meters, the all-hotel tower will redefine upper-upscale hospitality, blending innovation, luxury, and creativity through its striking design, world-class amenities, and breathtaking vistas,” he claims.
(The Q1 residential tower on the Gold Coast stands at 322 metres, reportedly Australia’s tallest building.)

The hotel will offer eight different dining concepts ranging from global buffets to signature restaurants, cafes and award-winning names.
There will be a luxury spa on the 61st floor, a gym with panoramic views and exclusive access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. It will cater for guests ranging from families to business travellers.
The hotel is also close to the JBR beachfront and Bluewaters, home to landmarks such as the world’s tallest observation wheel.
The hotel will have direct access to the Marina boardwalk with its water taxis, and convenient connections to the Marina Mall, tram and metro services.
The hotel is due to open on November 15.
