The National Rugby League (NRL) is taking its annual pre-season challenge fixtures back to regional areas for 2025.
There will be matches held regional grounds across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria as well as Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland.
Now in its third year, the three-week tournament will feature 17 matches from February 7-25 with three double-header match days at Kogarah, Leichhardt and Redcliffe.
Mudgee, Central Coast (both NSW), Toowoomba, Cairns (both Queensland) and Cranbourne East (Victoria) will host games in regional areas.
- The All Stars matches return to Sydney in 2025 with tickets now on sale.
The matches will be played at Parramatta stadium on Saturday, February 15, featuring women’s and men’s Indigenous and Māori teams, along with touch football teams.
The men’s season kicks off on Sunday, March 2, in Las Vegas and features a split round.
Their Magic Round is scheduled for Brisbane’s Suncorp stadium from May 2-4.
The women’s season kicks off on July 3 featuring two extra teams: the Bulldogs and Warriors.
Their Magic Round is scheduled for Newcastle’s McDonald Jones Stadium from August 2-3.
